AEGRINA VINEYARD
At 300 feet elevation, Aegrina Vineyard is 22 acres of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay on a southwestern facing slope in the McMinnville AVA. Located just minutes southwest of downtown McMinnville, the vineyard was planted in 2007. Wines of the McMinnville Foothills are notorious for their strong backbone of tannins and acidity and a massive palate of black fruit, spice, and earthy flavors. The vineyard sits in the protected weather shadow of the Coast Range mountains, leading to a unique winegrowing climate that causes the fruit to ripen slowly without danger of mold or mildew, creating wines of brilliant structure.
